A DAY IN THE LIFE:
As a Sr. Marketing Specialist, you’ll lead strategic marketing initiatives that directly drive sales growth, strengthen brand positioning, and elevate customer engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, business development, and leadership teams to execute high-impact campaigns, manage key events, and shape the company’s public image—all while using data-driven insights to continuously improve performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Drive Revenue-Focused Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with sales and business development goals to increase lead generation, market share, and revenue.
  • Measure and Optimize Performance: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using KPIs to maximize ROI and continuously refine marketing effectiveness.
  • Strengthen Brand & Market Positioning: Ensure consistent messaging across all channels while leading initiatives that enhance brand reputation and competitive differentiation.
  • Lead Events & Trade Shows: Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, and industry events, including logistics, booth management, team coordination, and post-event lead tracking.
  • Support Customer Engagement: Develop presentations, proposals, and marketing materials that support client interactions and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
  • Manage Public Relations Efforts: Write and distribute news releases, coordinate media outreach, and monitor coverage to support visibility and reputation.
  • Execute Multi-Channel Campaigns: Develop and manage marketing collateral and advertising across print and digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
  • Own Digital & Social Strategy: Lead social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns to drive engagement, awareness, and lead generation.
  • Deliver Insights to Leadership: Prepare and present reports on marketing performance, campaign outcomes, and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Monitor Industry Trends: Stay informed on industry and market developments to identify opportunities and keep strategies competitive and relevant.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in B2B or high-tech industries
  • Strong background in marketing strategy, sales alignment, branding, and public relations
  • Proven experience managing trade shows, conferences, and customer engagements
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, including news release development and media relations
  • Expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and campaign execution
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Exceptional organizational, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of the space or technology sector is highly desirable
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The starting base salary for this position ranges from $101,644 to $152,466 per year, depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, Innoflight offers a well-rounded compensation package that includes a Profit-Sharing Bonus and a Cash Performance Bonus to reward both individual and company performance. Additional benefits include:
