  • Lead CUI Cleanup & Reorganization: Remove content from unapproved locations, correct marking issues, update metadata, and relocate files into approved CUI repositories.
  • Ensure Proper CUI Segregation: Validate that CUI is properly separated from non-CUI through appropriate library structures, metadata configurations, and permission controls.
  • Collaborate with Document Owners: Update, correct, and reclassify documents in partnership with document owners to ensure proper handling and accuracy.

  • Maintain Tracking & Audit Readiness: Track cleanup progress, document corrections, and repository improvements to support internal and external audits.
  • Provide Staff Guidance: Offer clear guidance on CUI storage locations, marking rules, and cleanup expectations across the organization.
  • Support Audits & Quality Reviews: Assist with periodic audits and quality checks to ensure ongoing adherence to CUI documentation requirements.
  • Recommend Process Improvements: Suggest enhancements to documentation processes, repository organization, and metadata standards.
  • Perform Other Duties: Complete additional tasks as assigned to support the overall CUI cleanup initiative.

  • Documentation Accuracy: You demonstrate exceptional attention to detail when reviewing, marking, and correcting documentation.

  • Collaboration & Communication: You work effectively with IT, Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Operations teams and can clearly guide staff through CUI cleanup tasks.
  • Process Improvement: You can identify and recommend improvements in document management, repository structure, and metadata standardization.
  • Audit-Ready Organization: You are reliable in tracking cleanup progress and maintaining meticulous documentation to support audits.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 3 or more years of experience in IT documentation, records management, or compliance support.
  • Strong understanding of CUI requirements and the CUI Marking Handbook.
  • Experience supporting NIST 800-171 and CMMC Level 2 environments.
  • Proficiency with SharePoint GCC High document libraries, metadata management, and permissions.
  • Experience with M-Files, including metadata structures, workflows, and secure content management.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
